05 Aero Underbody Side Flairs

Any 05-06 Aero owns added the underbody side flairs? I know you can't see them but they help move air under the car just wondering if I any body else has added and what they paid for the part.

the aero kit somes with the rear spoiler and rear diffusers... the rear diffusers are the underbody flairs if that is what you are referring to. if the dealership just added a spoiler on your car then you got screwed

I didn't get screwed I brought my spoiler and lip after I purchased the car the aero kit package includes the diffusers you can't see them they are actually under neither the car on the sedan where as on the coupe they are around the dual exhaust. I want those diffusers to give me the complete zero drag effect the aero package is advertised to give the sedan. Still haven't had luck finding them online I will go through the dealer parts department on my next visit.

Do you do much highway driving there in Hawaii? Just curious, as I'd imagine these really wouldn't be that beneficial if you don't...just my thought.

I bought the "rear underbody diffusers" from Infiniti for around $65. They were easy to put on and affordable.

My dealership told me the 2005+ G35s all had the diffusers standard now and the only thing the aero pkg added was the spoiler. I guess that information is wrong.

The dealer told me that the diffusers wont do much unless you are going really fast, 100-110+.

I would be too affraid of the speeding ticket amount for that kind of speed, especially in Cali.

Yep he/she was wrong probably confusing the side moldings with diffusers... The Infiniti dealership here wanted me to pay $140.00 for the diffusers I said no thanks I can get them for $66.00. I am going to order them eventually it's a matter of saying I have the full aero package even if you can't see the diffusers it's mental

I have the aero kit w/ diffusers. I can see them down there, but I can't tell any difference between the handling of this car (06) and the last one (05) which didn't have the aero kit. I have been 145ish (rev limiter in 5th) in both cars - neither of them feel very stable at that speed. I am comparing them to older BMW's and Porsches which I have driven that felt much more stable at high speed. I guess the difference is that these cars aren't really made to be run wide open for miles like the german cars.

I have a 05 G35x and put the diffusers on without even jacking up the car. $66 bucks from everythingg35.com. Doubt they really make a big diffrence but why not.
