Do you mean that tiny little strip at the bottom? Well, that is just the curb identifier... and yes I did leave that 1" tall strip unpainted, just because it gives it a clean line and if I do accidentally scrape on something it won't detract from that line.

I hope I answered your question.

Besides the usual limo tint---no. I know--lame.

BUT--full nismo, then full tails hopefully soon.
Then the whole wheel thing--I like the look of 19s with the car lowered--just like the above IP--but I am concerned with the ride and honestly.........................when my car is clean--it attracts alot of attention....so with all of the above cosmetic mods--I am concerned about someone being jealous and keying me. I work and live in nice areas and dont use my car for sporting events downtown and stuff--but... I guess I will have to get over that............Stay tuned.
I won't just be researching forever on add-ons. But thanks to all who patiently answer my questions.

I have the Nismo Suspension on mine and its ride is very smooth, in my opinion a lot better then stock even with 19" rims on it.

I most likely (when business picks up) will get the nismo front and rear bumpers. Thanks for the comments and compliments at the same time. I appreciate it.

Sorry for this noob-like comment and question. But your front, rear and sides are stock and just painted? That looks a ton better than the stock black rubber look. Do a lot of shops do that? I feel it would be hard to match up with Caribbean Blue color, unless the paint comes right from Inifiniti/Nissan.

any good body shop can match your paint and make it look good. Remember you will probably have chips though, and it will look like black paint underneath. My body shop gave me touch up paint for any chips though.

are you saying it will chip more than say an 05 that came from factory with painted lowers....or more so than a factory equipped full aero kit 2003.5?

Is this b/c that surface was not intended to be painted--so the prep cant be perfect-even from a good shop.

Many times when a good paint and body shop repaints hoods and bumpers(prior painted surfaces) and such--they are more durable against chips than stock paint--personal experience on this.

Agreed. The black that is not painted is no different than the black plastic that is underneath the factory paint. If it is prepped correctly it should last just as long as the factory paint. If you disagree, scratch your bumper (front or back) and see if you don't see black plastic underneath it. It will only chip more if the plastic is not prepared correct not allowing the paint to adhere correctly. Just my .02

Any paint shop should paint it if you are willing to pay for it. It really depends on you and if you are really serious about doing it. Any paint shop should be able to look up the paint code for your car as long as you provide the paint color that is on your Vin sticker on the inside door (or is it under the hood) crap, I can't remember. The paint does not need to come from Infiniti/Nissan.
