There is.. do a search. I recently installed an Ipod that is controlled by the factory Bose system, if this is what you mean.

I just installed my PA11-NAS this weekend. Took me about 2 hours total, but it can be done quicker. I had a difficult time figuring out how everything comes apart, and what did and did not need to be removed. Plus having thick fingers and slippery seats didnt help.
Bottom line is we have it, it works great. I have a 05 6mt. You cannot use this AND the factory XM or Sirus, as it plugs into that jack in the back of the head unit. BUT, the PA11-NAS had two RCA type jacks in it so you can hook up an aftermarket XM or Sirus. I think because my IPod has a EQ in it, it actually sounds better than the CD player.
