Need help anyone had problem with there horn????

everytime shut the car off the horn honks for like 3 sec anyone had that probleme i just recently changed the batterie.

what batterie bro . but my secondary horn died so my g sounds like a bitch ride. lol i might install a temporary siren or better yet my strobes are better. 1

i put a cheap batterie from walmart do you think that could be the problem???
