Mine work great and I like the two setting, unlike my friends Saab 9.3 which only cooks till you turn them off.

I have an 05, and my high setting gets kinda hot after a few minutes. I sometimes have to turn off the low setting as well as it feels too warm. When I also turn it on for my passengers when getting in from the cold, they start to comment about the seat being hot, and if something's wrong. Sounds like something may be wrong with yours.

My seat warmers work fine at times... but sometimes it doesn't feel like it's doing anything at all... I'll probably be bringing it in to Infiniti to check on it. The memory doesn't even work at all either.

my G seat warmers work pretty good. You guys have this problem on both settings?

Saab's IMO have great seat warmers, at least the real Swedish (pre-GM) saab's. it was one thing they always did well.

Mine works fine. One of the funniest posts on this subject was some guy asking if seat warmers would increase your need to have a bowel movement.

Even our '04 Accord and '04 Avalanche have scorching hot heated seats at max. heat levels... The Accord's suck though because it doesn't do the seatback.

my driver seat gets way hot (even on low) after about 5 minutes... I have to turn it off - I've never left it on long enough to know if it would turn off by itself. Passenger side though is different (according to my girlfriend) - she hardly feels it (and no it's not because she has a fat @ss) - I've never sat in the passenger seat with the heat on, but I should, so I can determine if there is something wrong.

I thinks they are fine, they are seat warmers, not a_s cookers.

They are about average in terms of heat output. A bit more than my wife's former TL and a lot less than the ones in my old Grand Cherokee.

Still not sure why you think the heated seats are useless. I think they're great! I use it pretty much everyday during the winter here in the Pacifc Northwest. Heck, it's almost April now, and I still use it pretty often.

In fact, I happened to be ordering an MZ4 a while ago around the same time I took delivery of the G35 coupe. I was originally leaning towards not getting the heated seats option on the MZ4. But after I started using the heated seats on the G35 coupe EVERYDAY, there was no way for me to NOT get the heated seats on the MZ4. It's a must-get option. I can't imagine ever owning another car that doesn't have heated seats for as long as I live in Seattle.
