Class action lost, but I won!

You guys may have heard about the class action lawsuit against Infiniti for the brake wear problem of the 2003-2004 G35s... It was thrown out by the California judge. BUT..... The judge awarded the individuals, including myself, a $2500 settlement! YEEEE HAAAA!!!! Now I'm thinking Big Brake Kit for my 2003 sedan. What do you guys/gals think about that?

No.... The 2003-2004 brake wear issues involved both the sedans and coupes. The lawers asked for owners to come forward with info for them to bring a class action for all G35 owners. I contacted them and supplied them with all my reciets for the rotors and pads I replaced every 30 and 15K miles.
Damn I'm lucky today. I should go to a casino tonight!

Taking the wife of 25 years out tonight for the 25th anniversary to a VERY expensive restaurant. We will probably have a VERY nice dinner!

Interesting I never got an inclusion letter from an attorney. If it is "class action" it would involve all owners who did not opt out. Sounds like the attorneys may be due for some of their own litigation.CATO who contacted you?

Which restaurant? Somewhere down the river oaks area? Pesce? Flemmings? I love those restaurants.
