I explained to them that around 40mph sometimes it feels like the transmission slips for a second giving a jerk feel. He told me that it was normal and that Infiniti was aware of it. Here is a link to a similar thread.

i am thinking to print all this up, and show this to dealer... i told them about this, they said WHAT problem, WE NEVER experinced anything like that before.
