LOL! That's funny. I ordered mine 4 days ago. The number of sets left hadn't changed at all during that time until I put this post up. It went from 15 when I bought them to 5 now--in only 1 day! I bet the guys at Courtesy Nissan must be scratching their heads why so many went so fast. Yeah! I just put mine in. Am I the only one that left the clear bulbs on and just replaced the yellow plastic with the clear corners?

I suspect I'm now in violation of the law.

no, lots of people do that. I put piaa Xtreme white bulbs in mine.

6MT coupe, red/willow, premium, aero, splash guards, alum pedals, clear corners, 15% tint

 

Anyone know the legalaities of not having yellow bulbs in the side markers? I don't think they are really required, because some cars don't even have them, but I'm not sure. I'll see what I can dig up in my state laws.

Finally got mine--they look great with the silver. They really clean up the lines on the car. Quick question. I didn't check before hand-- They aren't turn signals, right? I guess I never really checked, but all this time I thought they blinked with the turn signals--NO?? I believe they are legal, too. They only have to reflect orange at night here in CT. If that's the case, then they do, because they are lit up in orange at night.

khsonic03 - I had the same thought, after installing them I was like.. Wait a minute, don't they blink? I popped one of the originals back on just to make sure. They in fact do not blink, they are just a "running light".

I also have the brilliant silver, and it makes the front end look so much better. It matches the headlight cluster very well and makes the car look cleaner up front.

I called my county police and asked about them because I couldn't find any solid information. The guy I talked to said as far as he knows they are legal as long as they illuminate amber. He said he had never written a ticket for side markers unless they were neon or emergency colors (blue/red).
