Much has been talked about the Bose audio and the infamous door rattling, but has anyone experienced the speaker making some sort of metallic hissing noise? I hear this sound coming from the speaker near the driver side mirror. Seems to happen more with high treble. Is this just a limitation of Bose that I should learn to live with, or is it something the dealer should be able to fix?

I never had that problem on my sedan.. Had a door rattle but no hissing. If its coming from near the mirror, which is where the tweeters are mounted, you may have a blown tweeter.
