Getting back to the thread....reminds me of this time my graveyard partner and I observe this Lexus SC430 drive through two stop signs, cross over a double solid yellow line, and weave all over the road. Great DUI observations. We make the stop and I walk up to the car and note the odor of alcohol. Male driver, female passenger. I get the driver out of the car to balance him out and he's trying to casually zip up his fly and his shirt is untucked. The passenger's blouse is unbuttoned half way down and her tata's are about to fall out. He admits to drinking but he only blows an .04%. I tell him his driving sucks and ask him what's else is going on (as if we hadn't figured it out). He keeps telling me "nothing." My partner walks back after talking to the passenger and tells me the passenger said she was "rolling his eyes back in his head."

Moral of the story....don't blow and drive?
