Arizonian Tires

Has anyone tried the Arizonian tires on the sedan yet ? I never heard of that brand, but have read some positive reviews. I still have the Bridgestone originals on my car and at 44K am about ready to move on to something better.

I think wrapping some rubber bands around the rims would be better than the Bridgestones. Never heard of Arizonian.

What do you mean by "better"? More comfortable ride? Less noise? Cheaper? Longer treadwear? Better grip?

I'm running a set of Kumho ECSTA ASX in 235/50R17 now. I really like them. The 235/50R17 size fits on the stock 17x7 rims, doesn't affect the speedometer, and opens up a lot more tire options for the car.

Nice choice! I've been looking at the Kumo ASX... Originally I was leaning toward Eagle F1 - but did a comparison on tire rack and the Kumo's were right up there in all categories - for a lot less $$!!! Tire Rack lists $104 ea - would you mind telling me how much you paid/where?

Also, the tread ware rating is really good which leads me to believe it a real hard tire - normally a harder tire = less traction. But the reviews and ratings look like the Kumos have really good handling characteristics... what are your impressions during hard cornering and stop to start aggressive acceleration?
