I thought the Falken's were pretty good for an inexpensive tire. I had the 451's and they were pretty good. The 452's are the replacement for the 451.

I have tried quite a few tires, from Bridgestone S-03's to the Falkens to Kuhmo's, Toyo's, etc. I thought the Falken were the second best set other than the S-03's which are considerably more expensive.

 

Shoot a PM to "ke7tires" on this forum...the PM'd me some pretty good prices when I was tire shopping. Not sure how many options you'd have for 20" staggered sized for under $700 though. The only brand I know off-hand that would be that cheap would be the General's.....not sure if they carry those sizes though. Good luck.
