For all practical purposes, the first few batches will likely be all auto's. I remember reading somehwere that since manuals are in such low demand, they manufacture a set amount at one time, then retool for maximum auto-production.
The only thing that may upset this, is the 07 G35 debut video which can be found on the nissannews japan site, and also elsewhere in these forums. In the video, the driver of the G35 appeared to be "shifting." I was unable to see clearly what exactly he was shifting, for it could simply be the auto in manumatic mode, but it seemed like he was throwing the shifter pretty hard, not just tapping up or down. So they may have already developed the manual? Just my speculation. Still doubtful.
