Yes, the 7.5" screen is standard and will still be there even if you do not get Navi. Without Navi, it acts as your Vehicle Information Center.

I have no idea about the US model, but here in Canada it is a requirement. Da Mayor should be able to answer that one.

If it doesn't it should. DRL's are a major safety advantage that motorcycle companies recognized 20+ years ago. Fortunately they are mandated here in the North.
