Good tip, but sorry, I have to. Only then will I make my final decision. My loaded 335i Coupe is on order with a refundable deposit (should arrive at end of Nov.), but if I'm blown away by the '07 G35 Sedan in a few weeks when I test drive it, I'll remain in the Infiniti family.

Excellent review Trey. It sounds like this new sedan has lots of room for improvement. I'm specifically dissapointed to hear about the downshifting delays which is something my current '05 doesn't experience. The wheels are definitely weak and I can't understand how the design team at Infiniti thought they go well with the car.

They look like very large hairpins or tuning forks...bleh!
The best Infiniti wheels by far are the M35/35 Sport wheels (although they're 19")! Why couldn't Infiniti give the new '07 G35 similar wheels as the M35/45 Sport (only in 18")?
