Quote: Good tip, but sorry, I have to. Only then will I make my final decision. My loaded 335i Coupe is on order with a refundable deposit (should arrive at end of Nov.), but if I'm blown away by the '07 G35 Sedan in a few weeks when I test drive it, I'll remain in the Infiniti family.
Based on initial reviews of both cars, the only way to be 'blown away' by the new G (vs. the 335,) would be if you took the extra 10k you saved and used it to buy some illicit activity on Broad St.

Excellent review Trey. It sounds like this new sedan has lots of room for improvement. I'm specifically dissapointed to hear about the downshifting delays which is something my current '05 doesn't experience. The wheels are definitely weak and I can't understand how the design team at Infiniti thought they go well with the car.

I agree the Sport wheels on the '07 G35 are just horrible. They look like very large hairpins or tuning forks...bleh! The best Infiniti wheels by far are the M35/35 Sport wheels (although they're 19")! Why couldn't Infiniti give the new '07 G35 similar wheels as the M35/45 Sport (only in 18")?
