Blue Slate -- Color has changed ??

Hmmm .... looks like the Blue Slate color (K52) is depicted diffrently in different brochures.

The first was the Ordering guide PDF posted here ....
https://pictures.dealer.com/infiniti...db07fc61d1.pdf

The next is the Infiniti official Specs PDF
http://www.infiniti.com/allnewG/2007...ifications.pdf

The Blue Slate in the Infiniti Specs looks like dark gray - hardly any blue tinge!!

Here is a pic for direct comparison:

I think its some kind of a typo (or an image-po)

Yeah it's some kind of image distortion. The pic on the right is accurate.

The one on the left looks black.

Actually from the pics I've seen so far, the left one is closer to the real thing. The one on the right is too blue. The one on the left has more grey hue to it, albeit darker than the real Slate Blue.

I think the newer Slate Blue is darker, the one I have is "Lakeshore Slate" which is different.

I think the Slate Blue is closer to the swatch on the left. The other looks more like Lakeshore Blue, but still different.

Yes, very confusing indeed. No wonder I was getting Platinum Graphite and Blue Slate mixed up in the Korean thread.

There is something definitely screwed up with those two color swatches. Some colors are not close to being alike, Blue Slate being an example. Another example is the Platinum Graphite. Take a look at the two PG samples.....they are definitely not the same. One looks way darker than the other.

I'd wait to see BS in person before deciding......

You got me wrong. BS is my first choice...I think it looks awesome. But I really want the Wheat/Rosewood interior, which isnt offered with BS.
