Well I went to the introduction tonight specifically to check out the new Bose stereo. I was not disappointed. I listened to several local radio stations and a CD. I must say it is a whole different world compared to the Bose system in my 05. Now I am not saying that it is definitely audiophile quality that would replace a high end Home theatre. However, it was as good as any other car stereo I have ever heard. The Base was very true and it didn’t rattle the car even at high volumes. I almost want the car just for the stereo alone. The rca jacks are a huge plus also. Man I can’t wait to get rid of my stupid Ipod radio transmitter! Was anyone else impressed by the studio on wheels?

 

Oh yes, well worth the money. I showed my car to 4 of my coworkers...they were all impressed by the car, and of course the Bose system. Even with my 192kbps mp3 the sound was so clear. Jazz and pop would sound best.

Now a traffic jam just becomes a long, but hugely enjoyable drive!

 

I thought the "Studio on Wheels" was outstanding. The highs were clear, crisp, and articulate, the lows were deep and full...No blarring, distortion, or mudding up top...The stereo and Nav alone would be enough to push me over the top as my main gripes with my '06 originate from here.
