Congrats! good decision not to rush
Good to hear other Canadians are finally getting their cars ... I just want mine to show up soon!!!
My dealer said my car was on a ship that was diverted from Vancouver to LA (because of the strike). From there it was transferred to a railcar and shipped to Detroit.
I don’t know where it is now but once it gets to Detroit, it has to be shipped north into Toronto and then all the way back west to Edmonton.
Hopefully it’s in Canada and traveling towards me now. In the meantime, I’ve been reading every message on this forum with eager anticipation!

The mess of this "strike" in Vancouver explains why even though I have seen a handful of 2007 G sedans exist in person at Hyatt Infiniti (only dealership in Cowtown), seeing any on the road here is a completely different matter. I know ChristianN just recently took delivery of his, but I personally have yet to see one on a Calgary roadway. I guess that will change once all of the new G's are shippped to their rightful owners.

Seriously though, I hope everyone else gets their cars soon. When my car came into Hyatt Infiniti it wasn't alone and they weren't expecting to see it so soon. They just showed up, the status never updated to compound. Good luck guys!
