"Blue Slate" color name changed !!!

Was looking at the official site - trying to build a 07 G.

Looks like what used to be called as "Blue Slate" is now being called as "Gunmetal Blue"
(same color code - K52) -- see the attached screenshot...

Arrgh - just when I thought we all understood these fancy color names, they go and change it !!!
But on a positive note, I think the new name is more accurate to the color than the previous name

Could be ..... because the main page where it lists out all the colors .... its still called blue slate !
You would think that they would use the same name in all portions of their site *whatever* !

Well that would mean anyone who buys or did buy some of the unveiling or early cars will have a rare color G if their window sticker says "Blue Slate".

All the stickers on the window say Blue Slate. Someone obviously didn't thoroughly QA the site.

The "Gunmetal Blue" just goes to show what can happen when a company moves its headquarters from California to Tennessee. The '07 configurator isn't up on the Canadian site as of this morning, but I really doubt that the color will be "Gun-"anything in Canada.

The 07 configurator has been up on the Canadian website for about a week and is still there now. The color is called Blue Onyx up here and reflects it on the Infiniti.ca website.

Anyone else notice that the interior photos on Infiniti's site on the page where you can see the different color and trims shows an 06 interior!
Colors and trims are correct of the 07. Interesting, never knew you could get Rosewood trim on an 06.
