It doesn't matter if it's over the air or satellite or cable. In any case, there are indeed HD ads. I've seen plenty of them (not any Infiniti, but that doesn't mean there haven't been any). There are also many widescreen ads that aren't HD but at least they fill the screen. The worst is a letterboxed ad in a 4:3 pillarbox.
