2007 G35 on SwapaLease Already?

$335 a month for 24 months with $1500 down? Sounds too good to be true?

It's by a dealership. I got a similar e-mail from another local dealer with the following offer:

2007 G35 X All Wheel Drive for 24 months,with only $2500 down for $ 334 / month.

That does seem like a very low monthly payment, however its only 10K miles per year. That wouldn't be enough for me.

Those numbers don't make sense. Even with a 24 mo lease, 15k mile /yr, residual 68%, MF .00225 (this is Oct's rate, Nov went up!), with $32k negotiated price, you're looking at $550/mo excluding tax.

If you assume it's a 10k mile lease, and factor a 80% residual (just guessing), you're still talking $400/mo excl tax. Of course down $ can help, but remember there are bank fees (around $600), 1st mo payment, Doc fees, etc., which put you around $1,200 out the door, with NO $ down.

Is there a good place that shows the lease numbers for the G sedan every month? I know that the numbers get posted for BMW on their forums every month. Is there a place where Infiniti's numbers get posted? That payment does sound very low doesn't it?
