My car is here!

well , dealer called this morning and gave me the good news. I'll be picking up my 2007 diamond graphite all options tommorrow morning at 10 am. Ok technically it's my wife's car but whatever. We just got a dump of snow so i'll be testing the AWD ability right away. Now i just need to decide which way to break it in. The manuals way or the work it hard method. I'm pretty impatient so kinda leaning towards the work it option. I'm sure I'll post some driving impressions after tommorrow. It is our first G so it will all be a new experience.

Congrats! From all I've heard about the break-in period, what makes the most sense to me is the non-steady speed until 1200 mi. And to be practical about it, it means you could drive say 65 mph for 15 min. Then do 75 mph for the next 15 min. I was told the idea is to vary the rpms, and not hang at one place for too long. Has to do with seating the rings....

Mine is too! G35x-Platinum Graphite. I just picked it up after work tonight. After 50 miles, I think I'm going to be happy with it.

Will post some pics soon.
