Resolution of voice recognition and Roadblock issue
Resolution of voice recognition and Roadblock issue
So I brought my G back to the dealership and they did find that the Bluetooth module was defective, were very apologetic, and are awaiting delivery of a new one. This is good news, especially considering Phone Dial worked great with my voice in the loaner they gave me. Also, the salesman had the installer re-do the piece of Roadblock that must have been torn during installation. My salesman, especially, seemed very eager to get the Bluetooth issue resolved.
So the Infiniti folks (salesman + service dept.) are extremely customer-oriented and professional...what a pleasure.

Glad you've found a good dealer......hang on to him....
Might want to give the name of the dealer you're so happy with so that others can share you're 'happiness'.

Ok, it was...
Infiniti of Lisle in Illinois. The sales/service experience has been nothing short of spectacular. The test drive/negotiation/purchase/follow-up experience with Scott Rehfeldt has been superb. Overall, their professional behavior and customer service has been very impressive.
By the way, I've also dealt with Gerald Nissan and they treated me like gold too, even when I brought in a 12 yo. Nissan for service.
