is this off of some official site? I notice the Dealer price doesnt' include the holdback. Should this be the price they use when calculating the VPP price?

Sorry about the repost. Someone asked me in a PM so I thought I would share the data and post it.

From what I understand, holdbacks vary periodically so I don't think they publish that. At least I have never found those except on Edmunds.
