I was reading the owners manual and in the bluetooth section is mentions Voice Recognition for non nav cars. I was just wondering what what Voice Recognition capabilities are there for non Nav cars?

 

You can program in phone numbers, and call (think the limit is 40 - with multiple numbers possible per entry). You can also dial by digits.

It works fairly well, not perfectly.

 

I was somewhat dissapointed to find that it only seems to have voice commands for blue tooth phone, and a memopad voice recorder function. I was hoping it would work with climate, radio, and other such things, but I guess that is only for the Nav

 

I can't seem to be able to find a way to transfer phonebook from my cell to the car's phonebook for non-navigation.

 

Check other threads and the infiniti.com/bluetooth web site. Not all phones will transfer their phonebook to the car's memory. The function list will tell you what can or cannot be done.
