I bought this because it takes up much less space than all the other cables I've seen. Given the size of the storage compartment it seems to work well.

I got one just like that. Nice and it doesn't take up much room. I got a similar one from Amazon (different manufacturer, but probably made by the same source).

One thing I'm anxiously waiting for is the Sendstation CruiseControl remote for iPod. It's an RF remote and is designed to be attached to the steering wheel. It's not available yet. I emailed SendStation, and they said it is scheduled to be available 2nd quarter of 2007. They also said that it will not get in the way of the airbag, if the airbag deploys. Sendstation's web site (http://www.sendstation.com) doesn't have information about this product yet, but I read about it in iLounge, and information is also available in the following URL:

anyone hook up a video ipod yet? how's it look on the screen?

 

I tried mine out tonight on some iTunes PrisonBreak downloads and the quality wasn't that great. Really grainy.

think it's the ipod. it's design for a 2.5in screen, not 7 in

 

but the ipod suppose to support tv output right?
maybe depends on which gen of video ipod?

 

This cable does not work very well. The sound is alright but the video quality is terrible. If you push the cord in too much the video gets all blurry.
