Favorite Interior Color

What interior color do people think looks the best? It doesn't necesarily have to be the color you own.

Feel free to add your comments of why you chose that color.

1. Graphite
2. Wheat
3. Stone

BTW, I'm interested in the IP exterior, and would welcome any comments on which of the interior colors would best complement IP.

In addition to being the color I most prefer, I think graphite will also hold up the best with time. When the interior isn't absolutely clean, it won't be noticeable.

+1. It also compliments many aftermarket upgrades without having to decide to much more on a finish....ie shift **** or two-toning the interior.

Overall, I like the graphite interior the best, however it really depends on the exterior color.

Think stone looks better with Obsidian for contrast vs. black on black.

Wheat would have been nice if it came with a black dash (like Infiniti was
showing on their web site) instead of that brownish gray dash.

I voted graphite, but as GC said it does depend on exterior color as well.

Stone, hands down, not even close. Black leather interior is played out, especially on a black car. It also shows creases and cracks in the leather way more over time. The wheat is okay, but that beige dash is butt ugly. Stone I think is sweet because its a two-tone, the grey leather with the black dash looks awesome and really enhances the elegance of the interior. Don't judge based on pictures you see online, go see it for yourself. I took one look and was sold and that's what I had on my black coupe. Of course some think my tastes are a bit out there and I know have the brick/black interior on my FX, but trust me, see the stone in person before you make a decision.

By the way, when I bought my coupe I had my pick from 2 of the first '06's off the truck, an IP on Stone and the BO on stone that I ended up buying. The Ivory Pearl on Stone looks very very sweet.

I got graphite in my DG X, it's definitely my favorite. After seeing a few pictures on here of the stone, it's a lot better looking than I thought it would be. I really don't care for the wheat because of the brown dash.

Graphite all the way, it's sporty and holds up the best to wear.

No doubt graphite is the best interior color for the G sports sedan as confirmed by this poll.

+1. I really like the look of Graphite, especially on BO. It also holds up the best, and is good for these long Canadian winters, with all the snow and slush we bring in the car ( dam winter). However, depending on exterior color, I might have chosen another color. For example, if we got Lakeshore slate, I would have chosen Wheat (I don't mind the brown) over stone.

Graphite is by far the best. I've got to agree w/Canadian144 that it holds up the best in Canadian winters! Our X5 and Armada both have graphite leather and our E-class has wheat. There are many scuff marks and dirt in the E and it makes me go crazy!!! For sure my G35 is going to have a graphite interior.
