Infiniti lists on their web site that they offer Sirius as a dealer installed accesory. Has anybody installed it?

They quoted me $650 for the radio and install... since it's a $300 factory option... I passed.

 

I had it installed on my 04 after the fact. $600.

 

My problem is that I have to get it as an accesory. I live in Puerto Rico and the dealer doesn't offer it as a factory option. That's beacuse Sirius doesn't offer the service here. But in reality you can listen to it beacuse there is satellite coverage. All I have to do is use an address in the states. I'm going to use my sister's.

Anyway back to the topic. Is it easy to install? Can I do it my self? Or maybe an audio shop?

any help we'll be appreciated

Dealer is installing mine(450.00). He told me there was one hour labor to do the install,must not be that difficult..
