Grill in lower front spoiler

How come in some pics, I see a section of the front spoiler's grill missing, and in other pics, it's a complete grill?
Could someone please explain?

Thanks!

Intelligent cruise control requires the cutout for the sensor.

Thanks, ask and you shall receive. The ICC is hidden MUCH better on the sport bumper, harder to distinguish.

The darker the color the better it hides

Can that lower front grill be removed?

Can I pop out the lower front grill pieces to get more air to the engine?

Thanks,
Bruce
