Points noted. I'm still way in the investigational phase so lets see what we can find out first. Who knows ... maybe there is a knock out in the sheet metal

Nah ... nothing top secret here. I just like to try different things and am motivated when I hear the phrase "it can't be done".

As for side markers .. a fair share of Euro cars have them as well. I've seen a few cases of two cars trying to share the same lane so this would almost seem like a collision avoidance thing.

I managed to find a JDM importer in Canada who is working on this. From his experience, Nissan does not normally leave a connector hanging in the fender. His other customers have said splicing into the correct turn signal wire is very easy to do. He also recommended having a body shop put the cut out in but it depends on the side marker light design.

He will get back to me on pricing from Japan and what the minimum quantity would be for possible volume discounts. Finally, he said shipping by boat is like 6-8 weeks.

Why not just use the M marker? and position it where you want?

nice find. they look quite a bit bigger though. The skyline version looks about 1/2(?) the the height of the M version.

interesting, I've never seen side markers on the 350GT mirror. was it an aftermarket add on?

^ Cool floor mats, I wonder if they are any thicker than the ones we have.

The mirrors might be an option ... no body work required but I bet the mirrors cost more. I don't think I would get both, it would be over the top. Anyone care to explain the antenna thing coming out of the bumper?

The floor mats might be kinda wierd since the 350GT is right hand drive.

I've seen the bumper stick/light a lot in Singapore - it's a blue light...
Maybe a bumper marker for tight traffic???

I wish that skyline website was in English. They seem to have a lot of customization options.

calm down everyone, if you want em, go to www.japanparts.com and search up the 2007 nissan skyline v36.....

and viola, you got jdm side markers in your mirrors. you want em in the fenders, just order the universal side markers off ebay and cut the hole in your fender with a dremel. Connect the wires to your blinker power/ground in the headlamp.
