If the dealership says "we don't like your attitude" (they are a private business) Infiniti still owes you a resolution or needs to give you your money back. At least ship you the part to repair yourself. It looks very easy.(

Did you take a dump in the middle of the showroom or something??

This is just not my experience with Infiniti - so I'm a bit shocked that you don't think they would fix it. They get reimbursed for the work. It is money in their pocket.

The suggestion of calling Infiniti US and seeing what they say is a good.
Let us know how we can help bro! The power of G35DRIVER.COM!!
Maybe the mayor can help you?

ALSO: re: the seats not getting hot? Total BS. My FX could cook an egg on that seat. and the M gets pretty hot... Maybe your service centers are full of angry lazy people. That sux.

Not that I remember?!

Do you think Infiniti USA will do anything to help a Canadian?

All I know is I never want to talk to Shawna at Infiniti Canada again and I don't know how to go over her head.

I checked my VIN and this TSB applies to my car. I'll print it out and take it with me to my dealer when I get the 3750 oil change. My seats now behave as follows - seatback only for low and bench only for hi on passenger side and same (not very warm) temp on driver side in either hi or low.

After reading this thread, I'm glad I live in the SF Bay Area because:
a. It doesn't get cold enough to make me want to use the warmers much.
b. I have a choice of about 7 other dealers if mine gives me trouble.
c. I don't have to deal with Infiniti Canada!
