Talk Button
Talk Button
Still loving this car. Find new things every day, and usually more than one way to do things eg , click the button, or touch the screen or 'say' the name. Very cool.
Question - with so much on the car voice activated, is there only the one way to activate that feature??..just that tiny little button buried in the steering wheel?
I would have thought there would be something near the main screen as well ....at first I thought that's what the VOICE button is..but its not. Given that it's the steering wheel only, that coulda made it a bit easier to identify. As designed, it's a small button, identified by symbol only, with no distingushing feel to it (like other buttons). grouped with other buttons, etc. I find I need to look down just to find it. I'll get used to it - no big deal - just an observation.

Have a button near the main screen? The point of having voice recognition is so you don't have to look at the main screen. Technically speaking, with your eyes fixed on the road, it's easier feeling for a button on the steering wheel than for a button on the center console. Although I do know what you mean - I still quickly glance down at the steering wheel to locate the talk button.
