Well, then what exactly happens when you switch it off, If you switch off an old school Manual transmission car on the move, it sputters when in gear and comes to a halt. Kinda like when you run out of fuel. What happens in this scenario?

I tried this on an loaner 08 altima last year, it shut off on the first press!

 

It's aleays good to know what you dealing with. Better find out now instead of when you need it. We have warranty if something goes wrong trying it. LOL

 

I had a highlander hybrid loaner. It shut off with one press while in drive at a light.
