Agreed - I like the housing as is.
But I can see how you'd like it. Our M has the darker housing and it's pretty nifty.

just PM caskyline... he is about the best person out here to consult about this kind of stuff... search threads for pix of what he has done - just incredible. He will give very good suggestions and help facilitate possibly... I might be working with him on a couple of projects for mine. Form talking with him pricing is very reasonable and I’ve seen his car in person, it kicks @ss!!!!

White... is something that not many people try, its totally different and not many people have the ***** to try it (kinda like painting your car flat black, in that type of sense).

GLOSS black... wont look cheap, its highly reflection, you can literally see your reflection in them, very classy. If you decide to go with gloss black, you should paint your grille aswell.

to each their own. flat black gives it a contrast more than glossy black. glossy black looks rice. white....on a white car. i remember this...

The M has some grooves that are quite glossy black...
You might think about painting the background gloss black, then removing the black from the chrome groove tops.

From this thread, a rough photoshop of black housing. I personally would leave it chrome or go with IP.

Leave it how it is. If something were to be changed, change the rims.

Which one is winning?

I cannot see, I am not voting for either. Add, leave it the hell alone, and then, I will vote!

last 3 post - sheesh
reminds me of my girlfriend - for some reason she thinks you can't make the car better than stock (looks or performance)... I always figured she had a secret love affair with a Nissan/Infiniti engineer... now I'm wondering if it's one of you guys?? (or all 3???!!! :confused2 : )
