Cool mov files!

BTW, I'm sure you can pick colors. I also checked out the 50th anniversay clip. That one had an IP colored sedan running the same course.

Sweet!~ You can even see that they modeled the interior as well. In the last clip before the credits, you can catch a glimpse of the center console and in-dash display when the car is taking the turn. Talk about detail!

The GT series will never be ported to anything. It's a Sony property. And $600? If you've got an HDTV, it's well worth it, considering you also get a bluray player.

I heard Sony is taking a beating because of lower than expected sales.

not knocking the video, it's fantastic looking. but you are only viewing it at 270 pixel when sony's HD is 1080, it's it's 4x compression. Naturally it's going to look a lot better when it's compressed. We also don't know if that video is 60fps or 30fps, and if it's real-time or pre-rendered. Sony's famous for trying to pass pre-rendered video as real-time in-game footage.

Again, not knocking the game or video, I impressed the G35 is in the the game. good find.

GTHD runs at full resolution with no frame issues. It's gorgeous in person. GTHD is a playable technology demo to show off the new graphics engine of GT5, and is available for free from the Playstation Store. So PS3 owners aren't surprised with those graphics.

And here's an interesting comparison of the vehicle in the video:

That's mainly because the current catalogue of PS3 games are just pathetic. Since November I've only been playing a few games...Madden, NBA 2k7, and Fight Night 3. I'm still waiting for Rainbow Six Vegas, GTHD, Assasin, Metal Gear Solid, GTA...Plus, Sony makes the bulk of its profits from game royalties, not the PS3 console itself. Until the parts for the PS3 decrease in price, Sony will lose money for each console sold. As of now, Sony loses a couple hundred dollars per unit sold.
