Parents said i can get the car if i can afford it LOL

And i dont drive like u guys seem to either its just to get me from here to there and back in style

Hey, I wasnt trying to be a jerk to you. I would totally expect a 16 year old to want the car. I just think it is irresponsible of your parents to let you have it even if you are paying for it. If you get it, you will wreck it within a year and hopefully noone will be hurt.

Thats all I have to say about that....

 

at this age, I'd recommend a Scion or Yaris for you. At least the scion is somewhat stylish.

I do understand the value of these vehicles which i plan to drive and that others are driving. Howeve, i am not going to be doing 120 down a 2 lane highway im not like that i have some common sense which i now my generation is lacking.

Agreed. We can't judge since we don't know this young man. When I was 16, I got a used taxi for a car. I realized that having the car is PRIVILEGE not a RIGHT, and if I do something stupid, my dad would take away that privilege.

I say give this young man a chance to prove himself rather than assuming that he's some spoiled brat.

Honestly you really should get a 1986 Ford Escort GT...that's right it was a GeeTee. That was my first car. First mod was louvers on the back. It looked like this
