No, to my knowledge you cannot reprogram the ECU on the car. If you want to change things you would need either a reflash or a piggyback ECU. If that isn't what you meant (I'm not certain) please clarify.

You'll need to wait for mods on this car... give it 6 months to see ECU chips, Turbos, etc.
I know you'll have yours soon - I think you mentioned that in another post.
Drive it stock and I think you'll be happy. For a while anyway!
