I was told by the dealer that there is a hard drive like a computer when you purchase the navigation package? How does this work? He said you can DL items like movies or songs on im guessing some kind of memory stick that comes with the car? and plug it in? lol pretty lost on this, but it sounded cool, was wondering what it was

the hard drive contains all the nav info and files.

you can also rip music from CDs onto the hardrive and access and listen to them.

the car also has a compact flash card slot where you can insert a CF card with music/video files. You can only watch video while in park with the parking break on.

There are also auxillary inputs in the console that you can hook an MP3 player and the like to and play music/video that way as well.

not sure exactly what kind of info your looking for. try searching or reading some posts in the tech section...

OK. You can copy music from store-bought CD's to the hard disk, period. Displaying anything else on the screen (videos, etc.) requires using the rca jacks in the center console and requires the car to be stopped.

If you do a search, there is extensive information to answer your question, which was the reason for my first response.

Go to Infiniti's website... you can download a brochure or simply view a description of all the features and options.
