Can you throw the Stillen exhuast an an X?
I don't see why not. I'd call stillen and ask them, but I'd be shocked if it didn't fit.

Damn...

That sounds really good... I might have to approach my dealership with that same proposition. I'm not 100% sold on those tips but it does seem to be a top quality product. Anything over 1k is pretty steep for an exhaust but it does replace a good bit of piping. Is it a header-back or cat-back? Are all those pieces on the upper piece of the exhaust for emissions or just for sound deadening. If those are extra cats then we should get a descent boost in power.

As for mileage, easier breathing=more efficient engine=better mileage given you drive the same despite wanting to hear the new exhaust every chance you get!

Instead of hearing the sounds of the engine while driving in front of me, I now hear the exhaust coming from behind me. That's a lame description I know, but it's what comes to mind when I drive now. Shifts seem smoother and power seems to be increased across the RPM range. I especially notice an increase of power from a stop. The rear tires spin easier now when I'm standing still.

I'll get around to posting pics and a video soon, probably after I wash her tomorrow or sunday. No buyers remorse here

nice write up..i experienced the same things

it looks like header-back based on the cat section that's hanging on his wall. either that, or the dealership forgot to reinstall a few parts

That's an old part. The Stillen ehxaust is a full cat-back system, and it came with parts to connect it to the cats.

So are there even more cats in front of those two pieces or did you have another piece made to bypass the added cats?

now I'm really confused...?
