Got an 07 loaner for a few days--my opinion

I love the bluetooth, radio screen, gauges, trunk space, keyless entry and "ambience" light by the maplights. However, I did notice when accelerating, there's a lag when you first push the pedal down. After that it really gets up. II feel overcautious when creeping out into traffic or pulling into the garage/parking spaces. It just seems like the throttle is a bit touchy after the lag and brakes are more sensitive too. Just my 2 cents on the new gen sedan.

I don't have the lag you mention... maybe it hasn't been driven hard enough to change the ecu?

Actually I have to agree with OP about the lag. Coming from a 6MT there is definitely a short lag on downshifts. when I either step on it, or voluntarily toggle the downshift paddle, there is a short lag - one of my few very small gripes. I think the only mistake I made with this car was not getting a 6MT this time around too.

Oh well.... there is always "my next car...."
