G37 nose/fenders on '07 G35 sedan?

I wonder if the nose and front fenders from the G37 coupe would bolt up to the '07 G35 sedan. I love the look of the front under the bumper on the G37 and think it would be a cool mod for a sedan. The shape of the hood seems the same, but I'm not sure about where the fenders meet the front doors. The grill would change even though it does not really look ant better. Maybe it would hold up better to road debris. Thoughts?

I'm sure it's doable but it would be custom fabrication work, which equals plenty of money to spend. And you have to make sure you use a reputable body shop that knows what they're doing and stands by their work so you don't have any crazy fitment issues...

But if you have the money, anything is possible.

So it sounds like the structure under the skin between the coupe and sedan are completely different according to the comments I'm seeing here. I really had no idea, it was just a thought.

So you are thinking about spending $6000 to $8000 in parts plus paint (total $10,000) to give you brand new car a new look?
