Tire wear on 07 G35 Sedan

I have owned an 04 G35 Coupe for 4 years now and have had all the tire wear issues that come with ownership including front feathering on the inside of tires and premature wear on the middle treads of the rear tires. Do any owners of the stock unaltered 07 Sedan experience any unusual tire wear issues to speak of? The first generation G35 sedan never had any tire issues.

Sport - have not encountered any unusual tire wear. Mine are wearing down evenly, a bit more on the outsides but this includes a track day so that's probably why. With the track day, I will end up with about 10k miles on this set of tires.

Note that part of the reason for this may be my attitude towards the car, which includes "have fun, and if tires need to be replaced, all part of the package"...

My tires look normal. I have less than 5K miles so far though.

I have a around 5300 miles on mine and the passenger side tires have been causing me trouble for a month now. 2 weeks ago the tire pressure warning came on so I took it to the dealer where he said I had a huge nail in the front passenger tire which he sealed up. Now 2 days ago my pressure warning light comes on again, looks like the rear passenger tire is acting up. No signs of any nail or foreign object though. I really havent been a huge fan of the tires from day one. Might just be best if I replace all four of em now.

I'm at 10200~ miles.

It still looks new to me.

The rear tires have wore down a little more, I could tell before I got my tires rotated. I haven't checked recently though. I'm still pretty sure they're not that worn.

I'm at 25500 and will be able to get around 30000 before changing. They are Goodyear RSA's.

I'm at 10K miles on my 07 G35 Sport. Outside a bit more worn from hard cornering, but otherwise, fairly even tire wear. Should easily squeeze in another 5K, 10K if I'm gentle.

Of course the staggered tire set up of the sport and 18" wheel set up has a short tread wear life. The RSAs on the 17s seem to last well into the 20 Thou range as the earlier sedans did. I was just concerned about any feathering on the fronts tires or any other irregular tire wear patterns that all the Coupes with the staggered setup have. It seems that the sedan does not have an aggressive setup on the fronts with the negative camber causing havoc. Well, I guess the headaches with the front ends stays with the Coupes.

There is one guy on here that has feathered front tires - he is lowered on H&R springs. It looks like if you stay stock though you will be ok.

Four and half months of ownership, just under 5,000 miles and no issues. I know the feathering problems you are referring to. I had my own share of experience with the 04' coupe.
