Semi Dead G35x
Semi Dead G35x
Hi all. Started up the 2007 fully loaded G35x (2000 miles) and had a host of electronic gremlins show up (no odo, speedo, tach, climate control, turn signals, turn signal indicators, nav, not easy to turn off-hold button down 15 seconds or more, etc). Of course the stereo still worked! In short, engine ran, but otherwise ran hot in cabin (no a/c) and blind. Dealer immediately said (via phone) that it was a failed bluetooth relay/module and had seen it a few times before. Anyone else have this happen? Any other fall out I should anticipate? FYI-My 2004 never missed a beat.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Update:Cooling my heels...7 weeks (!) for part/circuit board
Problem has cropped up in some Gs and Ms according to Infiniti. In the meantime, Sedanman 07 could work as an Infiniti tech-the battery reset is a good idea and was recommeded by Infiniti. (This has also worked with my Audi allroad as well over the years). Depending on the issue, I have found with Audi you can also pull the fuse and replace the fuse to accomplish the same result, probably woulf work on the g as well...
