One thing I noticed was that if I tilt the steering halfway up and pull it out towards me (telescopic), I have more room to swing my knees left to right. Test drove the 2008 QX56 and it's pretty much the same believe it or not.
Is that a 2005 you have though? I know when I had a loaner that was an 2006 it had quite a bit more room inside than my 2007.

6'2" and fatter than ALL of you. I have no problem with the 07 G35 Sedan. The key is:
  1. Extending the steering wheel towards me all the way
  2. Moving the seat down all the way
  3. Reclining the seat slightly
  4. Moving the seat back all the way and then inching it forwards until fit is right
The result is super-comfort, super-control, super-fit.

6'3", 220. I have to duck hitting dips in the road in my S. But it's managable.

6'1 235 lb (I lift) and no probs here, though I sometimes do wish the seat would move back more (I dont know how you 6'7 folk fit!)

I have the seat all the way down, all the way back, slightly angled back, and the steering wheel almost the full way back and bout 2/3 of the way down.

it was tough to set up though.

6'6" 270 here. Same as above in my X. biggest issue is my legs are a little more bent than I would like but not too bad. Head room is fine with the seat all the back, tilted and dropped to the floor. I did notice on the X seats there is no lower seat tilt where you can set it to the floor and tilt the front up a bit at an angle. Other than that, I'm a happy camper.

Just use the bar that moves the seat forward and backward. If you lift it up or down it tilts the seat. At least on mine it does. (07 G35x, no options/packages)

I was told by a dealer that EVERY G35 was coming with the sunroof, no ifs ands or buts!

^^ It was probably just specific for that dealership. Meaning that any of their "in stock" cars were going to have the sunroof option. If you want otherwise, it would have to be special order.
I think my dealer did the same thing because I didnt notice one car that didnt have a sunroof.
