I was hoping to get a plenum spacer for my 07' G35 Sedan but I can't seem to find one that is made for that size engine. motordyneengineering.com has them but when I emailed them they said none of their's would fit. Anyone know where I can get a plenum spacer for that fitment?

There is no such thing as plenum spacers for any HR/VHR motors.

Highly unlikely with this design.

I doubt it would do much if anything beneficial on the new motors since the design flaw most likely doesn't exist. To me the idea of the spacers seem to be roughly the same as offset mounts of older cars with carburators. On those cars except at full throttle the throttle plates partically dictated the air fuel mixture flow to different parts of the engine on many cars. This meant that some cylinders could be running rich, others lean. The offset mounts were designed to even this out.

While the spacers change the volume of the plenum I think the main benefits are to ensure proper airflow to all cylinders. If it does not than that is a design flaw (although maybe on purpose, ie economics). I believe the new motors have eliminated this power bottleneck.

I've read that several of the plenum spacer manufacturer's have already done R&D on the newer HR/VHR motors and have seen little to no improvement out of a spacer on these engines, so they have deemed them uneccessary... so, if this is accurate, then it's doubtful we will ever see this mod for our engines.
