Tints for an Ivory Pearl G
Tints for an Ivory Pearl G
Would like to get an opinion on what type/% tint would look best on the Ivory Pearl. I've never tinted any of my previous cars but I think I need tints on this one. Thoughts???
23% in mine, weird though. When the car is in the garage, I can see inside as clear as day. When its outside, you can barely see in, which is nice. Sorry no pics.
PS The next level up, you could barely notice the tint, the one lower was too dark.

This is 35% all the way around. I agree with SPEEED. I would have loved to do 20%, but its just a shade too dark for CA Highway Patrol to let slide. We aren't allowed to have front windows tinted at all, so this is just dark enough to be classy yet not so dark that cops will want to pull me over because of it.

i would keep in my mind the area u live in. i live in philly and police here are not as strict about tints compared to areas like NY and Cali, etc. I have an IP and have 20% tint all around.
i agree with Gpang.

Here are some pics of my 35% Huper Optik. Granted, it's a Blue Slate, but it can still give you an idea of shade...

Also, in addition to the right shade, you also want to get high quality tint. Huper Optic, 3M, Llumar, are three good brands to consider.
