When a vehicle has both black paint (preferably flat black) and black wheels. The window tint should also be very dark along with blacked out taillights.
Most of the time, this gets them many bitches and hoes which they then take back to their crib to bang up the @$$.

 

go on car domain, and a guy named richard has a black on black with black taillight overlays. i also think he has black wheels now, not sure. go check it out
