Great pics Tom, I'm glad to hear you are enjoying your new G. Having owned a 1st gen G like yourself, I know how much of an upgrade it is.

You bet it is, especially since you really had one of the originals with the doggy door! BTW, I saw one of those yesterday, Black Ob, looked pretty good, especially for a car that's almost 6 years old! And you know, I'm paying less monthly (not much) than I was on my '04 with the lease.

Yeah, I loved my 03 with the doggy door. Here's a pic of my 03 along with my QX4.

Oh, that's right, you had a Black Obsidian, I had forgotten about that. LOL, so why weren't you named BO Canuck back then? As nice as those cars were Shane, they pale next to th '07 though don't they? I mean, this is like an almost totally different car, even small things. And, the nice hood supports, and being able to check the oil without a miners helmet!
Here's my first:

Yep, my 03 was BO. And yes, while I loved my 03 dearly, it is no where near the same level my 07 is. I think that goes with most everything though......as things get newer, they get better.

Well, that is certainly the case with the G35 Shane, it's amazing, watch out BMW and Lexus! Ever find it interesting that Lexus didn't really change their cars until the G and M came around, think about that next time you see a GS, hmmmm........I was never a fan of the GS styling back then.

Well, you are too young to remember the 50's and 60's, geez, cars changed rapidly back then, you could always tell the model year just at a glance. I remember the first Mustang had a Falcon instrument cluster, (unless you got the GT) then it changed to a nicer one in '66, I owned a '66 when it was 2 years old!
