Anybody change to snow tires on the OEM rims and sell the stock Bridgetone tires?
I just got my winter tires put on my stock 18's and now I'm trying to decide if I'm going to sell my Bridgestone Potenza RE050A's and buy a different set of tires or a new wheel/tire combo in the spring.
They've only got 2,200 miles on them, from my '08 sedan.
Anybody sell the stock tires? What'd you change to? How much did you get?

Potenza RE050As are excellent tires! You really can't get them "anywhere" since they don't stock these much (special order), and firestone are selling each for 230~250 new. It really depends on the wear of your tires now, but just to let you know that these tires have really thin tread and won't last TOO long. Try to see how much tread you have left on them, and let us know how much it has left.
Good luck!

i'll go take some penny pictures later... they're in good shape though, I just got the car Oct. 23rd... so they're like a month old w/ alot of the 2,200 miles obviously being highway driving.
They're like $200/ea. on tirerack before shipping costs... maybe I'll just sell them and put the money towards the 20" setup I was considering for spring.
