JDM outside mirror turn signals

So has anyone here bought these yet? Japanparts.com could not confirm they they fit on US models but they did say they have sold several sets to the US and hasn't heard of any problems.

They will fit the US model. I ordered the side markers from japan parts, and no problems at all. more or less, this is just a cover to go over your existing side mirrors, thus you have to drill a hole through you existing side mirror, and this new side marker will be glued on top of the existing side mirrors. l have a picture of this some where on this website.

What do you have to do to wire them? Is it a tough job?

Can you give us some more info? So it's just a cover and doesn't replace the existing housing? Interesting. Where did you route the wires? Did you just splice into the wiring near the headlights? Thanks!

if they are as he says its exactly like the mazda ones.. and its somewhat a pain and you may have issues with the edge it creates...

Yes, it is a cover that goes over the existing side mirror. The part is actually a factory part direct from nissan, it comes with full instructions for it. I will ask my mechanic about the installion in more details, since l am a dumb dumb in these stuff.

It looks nice, but the drivers behind and beside you will not be able to see the indicator. Kinda defeats the purpose.
